Up till quite recently I didn't know GROTESQUE HYSTERECTOMY,Because there might be quite a few people out there not yet familiar with the band, I think giving you an opportunity to introduce yourselves is an appropriate way to start this interview. So please feel free to give us an introduction to GROTESQUE HYSTERECTOMY.How old were you when you first got into extreme metal?
Grotesque Hysterectomy is built up under brutality, we hate fucking everyone. We have always been extreme, we don't listen to anything that's none extreme. We like to drink and fuck a lot of chicks... We watch horror movies all the the time.... Our parties always wakes the neigbours up, think you would have liked to party with us...

You are from Bergen/Oslo Norway. Cool. My good friends in "Horrid" are from Norway as well and you've played shows with them as well as a just recent show Bergen/Oslo. How was the show? Are you know band like SHOT AT DAWN, KRAANIUM, HIDEOUS DEFORMITY, etc??
Yeah... We know the guys from Kraanium... Cool band. Never heard about Horrid... Also know some of the guys in Shot At Dawn.. The shows in bergen and oslo were great. The Oslo show under Deathfest stands out as our best show so far... But we wanna play allover.
Who, or what, are your biggest influences when it comes to writing music? What are your influences?
Death and mutelation is the only thing we think about when we write music...
What The Mean about "Norhern Audio Violence "??
We are Audio Violence from the north... Brutal as hell, and we don't listen to anyone. We do what ever we want.
"Reek " is your New Release album on 2007. Since I haven't heard the first one (yet), could you tell me a bit about you debut album and the way it differs from "Reek "?
Reek is our debuet album, we released a 7 inc vinyl before that one. The biggest different is that we have gotten more ugly, more extreme and better in every way. We are more focused on death and the extreme on Reek. We do develope in a more brutal way than any other band in the world... Rottened and intense, thats ut..
What responses did you get from the people, the scene and the zines in the Norway and the rest of the world on your previous releases?
Most people can't understand how the fuck we can make it so extreme and ugly... We did get alot of crazy fans all over. Most people hated it, and that was what we wanted..
I Know to claim to be influenced by Old death, Thrash In The Vein IMMOLATION, MORBID ANGEL " Covenant " Era. Could you tell me a bit more about that and, in general, could you name a few bands, and perhaps some non-musical things (e.g. movies, books, etc) which form your main influences?
Morbid Angel are fucking great, and Covenant is their best album in my oppinion. And I'm honored that you compare us with them... Other band that we can find some influnce in are Autophsy, Suffocation, Old Carcass, Deicide, Death and many more. We love horror/gore/splatter movies. One of my favorites is Braindead... That's a fucking great movie....
The songs on "Reek " are quite long and complex. Could you explain to me how the actual songwriting process takes place within GROTESQUE HYSTERECTOMY? Especially song Title for "Mischievous Dead ", what song meaning Written for this Band??
Well most of the time Kriss and Alex writes the songs and the we do the final arrangements in the rehearsing studio. The lyrics on Reek is mostly written by Alex and Disfiguered Chest.... The new lyrics will be written by me!
Name 4 bands you would love to share the stage with and Name 3 bands that you dislike
Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation and Necrophagia would have been awesome to share stage with.
3 bands we dislike: Linkin Park, Limp Biscuite, POD. But I gotta say they have realy showen us what not to do.
Who in the band writes your music? And Name one song you love playing live? Why?
As I toled you before, Chris and Alex writes the main stuff. Obeyer is a great song to play live, it got the right attitude and the lyrics are insane... Perfect song...
And What was the first concert you went to as a fan?
Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark tour in 1992.
Who manages the band, who does all the marketing, promoting and who is a lazy bastard?
Alex manage the band, everyone else is lazy.. haha
What is the funniest thing the happened to you while performing? (either to the band or to a band member) Were is the bands favorite place to play?
We love to play Oslo. Funniest thing that happend was when i fucked a chicken on stage.......
What advise would you give to someone who want to play extreme metal?
Don't fucking listen to posers and sellouts. Be true to yourself and the extreme....
Your opinion about Mp3 Trading ?? Now is a Lot of some Blogger ( on web Blog ) Doing that activity. Just Uploading some stuff on sharing provider Hosting, they are Follow it spread the stuff worldwide, are you deal with it?? Give me for your some personal reason.

Inferno festival 2007. Suffocation destroyed everything....
